How it works

You know your product better than anyone. The problem is that expertise doesn't always translate to measurable, repeatable outcomes. The Gut Check is how we figure out what your positioning is trying to accomplish, why it's missing the mark, and what to do about it.

Week 1 - Objectives & Deep Dive:

We start with a short conversation to frame your goals - what you're trying to accomplish, who you're trying to reach, and what success looks like. I'll work through whatever you're comfortable sharing - website, sales materials, CRM, pitch decks - and assess how it's working together toward those objectives.

Week 2 - Debrief:

We get on a call. I walk you through what I found - what's working, what's not, and where your story breaks down. This isn't a one-way readout. We pressure-test the findings together, and I want to understand where my read differs from your intent. That gap is usually where the most interesting problems live.

Week 3 - Report

You get everything in writing. A clear assessment of your positioning, specific recommendations, and a prioritized picture of what I'd tackle first. If it makes sense to keep working together, this is usually where that conversation starts.

How it Works

You've got a specific thing you want a second set of eyes on - a website, a pitch deck, a one-pager, ad copy. I'll dig into it against your stated objectives and give you a clear read on what's working, what isn't, and what I'd change. This isn't a full audit - it's a focused assessment of one thing done well.

CRM Assessment

How it Works

Most CRMs are either set up wrong or barely set up at all. I hold multiple HubSpot certifications and have worked across Salesforce and other systems. I'll audit your environment across four areas: data quality, architecture and pipeline logic, reporting visibility, and sales and marketing alignment. You'll get a clear picture of what's broken and what to fix first.
